My goal is to help you learn how to live with purpose!

Not only can I help you find a job, hire the best person, develop an effective marketing plan or anything else related to human resources or advertising, I would love to help you declutter your mind, body and soul so that you can enjoy living!  

After working in the business sector for 4 years, the educator in me decided I need to share what I had learned. In 2014, I created Full Potential, on the side, as I continued to direct Dental Genius Assisting School, to help people business owners and individuals find ways to integrate their professional and personal life by tuning in to their spiritual purpose. 

I am a trained Leadership, Career and Higher Education Professional with a Master's degree in Educational Psychology.  I've worked professionally with governments, school districts and small businesses and individual clients for over 20 years in Texas, California, Wisconsin and Illinois.  I've specialized in maximizing employee and organizational potential through customer service, talent management, coaching, assessment, selection, training, organizational development, performance, motivation and work-life integration.

I'm healthy, hard working and honest.  I'm educated, experienced and driven. I am someone you can always count on.  If I do not know the answer, or how to do it--I find someone who does.  I always seek the highest quality, at the lowest expense.  I am always measuring return on investment psychometrically. I know what excellent customer service means. I excel at motivating people and putting them to action, based on strengths.   I love building community.  

My Values

"While we try to teach our children all about life, our children teach us what life is all about."--Angela Schwindt.  It's there to remind me to play.  I had a very serious childhood.  My tweens, on the other hand, are required to work hard AND play hard.  Their sweet, innocent actions and words remind me to have more fun almost every day. 

It took me until almost 40 years of age to create a lifestyle where I love my career, and regularly spend quality time with my husband and children, volunteer in the community, exercise, PRAY, relax and take time for stillness.  This definitely isn't always an easy task.   It is an on-going learning process, but it is ALWAYS my goal for myself and YOU.

Bottom line is, I truly want and hope to be given an opportunity to inspire and empower you to achieve your fullest potential in life!
